 CAN I BUY ANY RAQUEL OROZCO ITEM ONLINE?

A: Yes, you can buy any item, as long as we have it in stock. We automatically update our inventory for this purpose.

 

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GARMENTS I CAN ORDER?

A: There is no limit. To do so, you just need to add it to your selection of garments.

 

 CAN I USE ANY BANK CARD?

A: Absolutely! You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards using PayPal or Mercado Pago services, which allow you to pay with any bank card from anywhere in the world and from all countries.

 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

 A: Yes, we ship to all countries.

 

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF THE GARMENTS?

A: No! Shipping is completely free to anywhere in Mexico for purchases over $2,000 MXN. For purchases under $2,000 MXN, the cost is approximately $200 MXN. We ship through private parcel companies (DHL, UPS, Estafeta), and delivery to your home takes a maximum of 7 to 10 business days.

 

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AFTER I PURCHASE IT?

A: Once the parcel service collects your purchase from our offices (they only do so from Monday to Friday, on business days), we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment and know when it will arrive at the address you requested.

 

CAN I BUY ONLINE AND PICK UP AT THE BOUTIQUE?

A: Yes, you can, but please note that you must select this option at the time of purchase, and it will only be available at our Polanco boutique (Emilio Castelar 227).

 

IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS NOT MY SIZE, CAN I RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR MODEL?

A: You can request a size or model change, or a refund, as long as it's within the first 7 days after you receive your purchase. Please note that if you choose a refund, we will issue it to your original payment method, and shipping costs (round trip) will be deducted.

 

IF THEY DON'T FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE THEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE? 

A: Yes, you can exchange it for another size (if available) or for another model you like.
