Exchanges and Refunds

 

 

 - Changes or returns must be requested at personalshopper@raquelorozco.com

 - No returns or refunds are accepted on any item from the sales area, or promotional sales, or on garments that specify no returns.

-Size or model changes are accepted.

-For garments with adjustments to the original size or custom-made sizes requested by our clients at our Emilio Castelar boutique, we do not offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

 - All changes or returns are valid for 5 days from the date the customer receives the order, whether the purchase was made online or at one of our boutiques.

 - Any change or return can be made through the courier company we assign, or at our Polanco boutique by presenting the purchase receipt sent with your order.

-If your size or model change is for an address outside Mexican territory or if it was a purchase less than $1,500 Mexican pesos within Mexican territory, you must cover the cost of the shipping service for both going and returning. We can provide you with the shipping guide for the courier company that covers your country if you wish.

- To process your change or return via courier service, a tracking number from the courier company we select will be provided to your email so you can send us the order you wish to change. You must print this guide and affix it to the box containing the garment(s) you are sending. The return must be made within the first 3 business days, counted from the receipt of the tracking number for the return or exchange. 

- Upon receiving the garment(s), we will confirm that they are in the same condition as when they were sent to you, and once confirmed, the new package will be sent at our expense where applicable (this only applies to delivery addresses within Mexican territory).

- If you wish to purchase a higher-priced product, you will be asked to pay the difference.

- The garment for which a change or return is being processed must not have been used, washed, or altered, and must have its original tags. If this is the case, the change will not proceed, and the merchandise will be returned to the customer, who will cover the shipping costs for this return.

 - In cases where it is determined that the product(s) have been used, damaged, or mishandled by the customer, it will not be possible to process the exchange or refund, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs.

-Garment exchanges can only proceed once (e.g., you buy an item, request to exchange it for another size or model, the physical exchange of the original garment is completed; from that moment on, you cannot exchange that second item again).

 - Refunds for the item(s) will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date we receive your shipment at our offices and verify its condition. Please note that for this type of refund, it will be made to your original payment method, and all shipping costs incurred to deliver your order (round trip) will be deducted at the time the refund is processed.

- In cases where the return or exchange is requested for a shipping address outside Mexican territory, the shipping service costs will be 100% borne by the customer, as will any customs tariff applicable in your country or ours.
