Shipping and Online Shopping
- You can receive your order at the address of your choice or at our Polanco boutique (Emilio Castelar 227). The latter is the "store pickup" option, which appears when you select where you want to receive your purchase.
- During sales and promotional periods, the delivery time is longer than usual. (Usually 4 to 8 business days, sales and promotions 8 to 12 business days, and for some garments, the maximum period is 20 business days).
- Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email from our team with the tracking number so you can track it on the designated courier company's website.
- If you chose the in-store pickup process, we will notify you of your order's arrival by email. From that moment, you have 5 business days to pick it up. You must present the order number and identification at the time of pickup.
- Please note that if your order was placed on Friday after 2:00 PM, your shipment will be processed on the next business day (Monday). Similarly, if your order was placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will also be shipped on the next business day.
- We offer free shipping throughout Mexico on purchases of $2000 Mexican pesos or more. The shipping cost for purchases under $2000 Mexican pesos is approximately $200.00 Mexican pesos.
- We offer 3 and 6 months interest-free only on national or foreign bank cards for purchases over $3,000 Mexican pesos.
- In cases where the shipment is outside Mexican territory to regions such as the USA, Canada, and Latin America, and tariffs are generated for said shipment, these must be paid by the customer in the country of origin of the recipient to their customs department. The following apply:
- Orders with a total value of up to 299.99 USD: For these orders, a fixed shipping fee of 85 USD will apply.
- Orders with a total value between 300 USD and 499.99 USD: For orders whose value falls within this range, the shipping fee will be 50 USD.
- Orders with a total value exceeding 500 USD: shipping service will be provided at no additional cost, i.e., it will be free.
-For other geographical regions, the system will automatically apply the corresponding costs, and you will be able to see them before authorizing your purchase.
